Had an unexpected text from my son this morning asking if I was free for a coffee and as luck would have it I was.

Lovely catch up

Afterwards it was doctors for a review of how I’m doing that sadly resulted in being signed off again. Anxiety is playing an uncontrolled part of my everyday life and although I would like to be I’m not up to the stresses of IT support at present. Being out and around people is hard enough.

Hopefully for the last time but I’ve given up guessing.
