Cairo Smog

Cairo is not the place to recover quickly from a sniffly nose that's heading towards your chest. The pollution is thick in the air and you can taste it indoors and out. I won't tell you what it does to your nose linings but it's not pleasant. And all this in temperatures touching 30C these days and we are all still dressing for the mid-teens C. No wonder our tubes are in disarray!
