The Australian Robin

So unlike the European Robin, i i have only ever seen two of these birds in over 35 years, i was well pleased when i spotted this one first perched on the edge of a picnic bench in Yanchep Park then he flew behind the tree, i was surprised i could get so close to this shy little bird.
Yanchep is becoming one of Mum's favourite spots we ate lunch here at the chocolate drop cafe in the park, it was a good call for Mum to extend her trip, he list of favourite places are growing by the day.
Extra is the cafe nestled in the trees, just by the Koala enclosure.
