Last Day of the Holidays

Well....what a busy wee day!!

First it's Daddy's birthday but he was at work all day. Happy 36th Birthday Big Johnny!

At 9.30 we picked up Maggie (Katie's friend), then we went to collect Fiona (Megan's friend) then we went to meet Christine, Duncan and Mark at Animal Magic. Christine and I had a lovely wee catch up and the kids played brilliantly.

While we were at Animal Magic Megan ran into her friend from her old school, Carly, who was there with her mum Laura and her aunt, Audrey. It was lovely to see them and will defo arrange to meet them for a proper catch up very soon.

We left at 12 and headed back to pick up pizza. We then dropped Maggie and Katie at Maggie's house for the afternoon. She was so very excited this morning! We then got back to ours and waited for Duncan to arrive and for all of them to have a play. An hour later, Claire and Sophie arrived and then Debbie, Anna and Sophie K arrived for a play and a mummy cuppa! It was a lovely afternoon. I don't get the chance to do this very often between work and kids but really enjoyed it. The kids have all had a ball and Katie only came home at 6pm.

They are all tired and the holidays are over.....we have been very busy but not ever very far from home this week.

Back to school on Monday.......but swimming first in the morning.
