We visited a relative of my wife, who has just moved into his batchelor's flat. Very swish and, as hinted at by the freshly painted white walls, still clutter free and minimalistic. My wife decided to bring a bunch of flowers as a welcoming present, but then realised he may not even have a vase... so they may well end up sitting in an old beer glass.

Really just an opportunity to play with the flash and shallow DoF.
