Improve the Time

Went for a scan around the charity shops in Market Harborough today and noticed this sundial on the Church. It was only 20 mins slow and that's before applying an allowance for the month which I think I remember reading about.

 I am nearly always late for everything and seem to always believe that I can make it on time if I set off when I'm supposed to be there, even though I know this is impossible. I gained the nickname 'Time Lord' at work but have been able to eventually train people to accept my lateness.

I was so consistently late at school that the teachers used to mark me present before I had arrived and even turning up late for exams was accommodated with little fuss.

It must be a condition because I never gain anything but stress from being late and sometimes annoy people. On the few occasions when weird circumstances have conspired to delivered me early I have thought that its definitely over-rated, resulting in lots of waiting about for late people.
