Altogether Great
We found a drink (see yesterday), but we had to go half an hour to Alcalá de Henares to do so. Worth it, though, picturesque town to wander in, supposedly the birthplace of Cervantes, so more Don Quixotes scattered around. The drinks came with pinchos (pierced with a stick), which I'd never had before, and tapas, including calentitos (hot ones), which the waitress would announce by ringing a bell and yelling out the word in a dramatic fashion - great fun and great food.
And great to have a break from sitting and listening...
