Iron Kilns of Rosedale
A who teaches Pilates and lives on Chimney Bank (an extreme hill) in Rosedale announced there was quite a bit of snow overnight. She is custodian of the hill and decides when the road should be closed.
We decided to walk on the opposite side of Rosedale which is more sheltered. This view is of the iron kilns which were built in 1860. This process was to reduce the costs of transport. The sky and Cirrus clouds really made the walk today.
