Finally some snow

Although it was it the amusement of no-one. No schools were shut and by the time the children had got home from school there was no snow left to build a snowman.
There was much slipping and sliding and scraping of cars. I escaped luckily, but a couple of work colleagues had one or two hair raising experiences, but are ok.
The snow was still around when I drove home. Thankfully the roads were now dry. It's very cold tonight.....
