Fata Morgana

We drove to the historic town of Hahndorf this morning but ran out of time to see everything as my sister and I spent too long in the shops! We met with our cousin at Henley beach in the afternoon for coffee and had a good catch up. When she left us we went for a walk on the jetty and watched people catching crabs. It was considerably cooler over the water so we spent quite a while there. Back on the beach we could see these ships reflected upside down in the clouds. I had never seem anything like it and I had to look up the phenomenon. I knew of the mirage that occurs in the desert but not this one that occurs over water.
