Handed Left ... overs

Tonight at church, we were handed leftovers from our huge lunch on Sunday.

Tonight at church, there were 3 left handers at our table of 8 people.

Having been left handed all my life, I’ve not really thought too much about the stats. But 3/8 seemed a lot so I have just spent minutes googling the subject.

10% of the population are left handed so tonight’s 37.5% was really unusual.

Left handers, on average, apparently die 9 years younger. Ok.

I like the lists of famous people who are left handed.

Scissors, guitars, tubs, gadgets and some desks are annoyingly right handed biased.

But I like being left handed. LongLegs is the only one of our children who is too.
