Not sure I like the look of that...

As usual this new year I made a promise to myself to try something new (such promises usually flounder on the rocks come February) and this year's new is Pilates.
Been taking part in a beginner's mat class but the trainer, Joakim no less, has suggested we can now move on to this apparatus if we so desire. Hmm, I'm not so sure...
