Here Again

I was at the NOC Hospital at Oxford this afternoon. Steph from Physio was 1st on the agenda and she was very pleased with my progress - I did however agree to go back once more in a month's time just so she could report even more good progress. Then I had a 2 hour wait to see the hip surgeon.. He'd asked me to come back because the new hip was still niggling last time. It is still slightly niggling so he asked me to come back in another 9 months. X-Rays look fine. I left there around 1620 and got into some serious traffic in places before arriving home an hour later.

At 0730 this morning the phone rang. It was N. Both her & R were poorly and Z was due at nursery at around 8. I fought my way through the traffic  & delivered him to nursery at around 810. More traffic queues before I got home for a shower & some breakfast at 845.....

Then I was off to Oxford so that was my day.

Just cooked us both a ping meal and the day is almost over.

I came up with an alternative image for today which you can see in the extras. I liked it better than this but was unsure.

Apologies once again for my lack of comments at the moment - promise I will catch up with you all soon.
