Waiting for the film

Sitting for in the cinema waiting for "The Darkest Hour" and I got interested in the lights.

The saga of the bank account continues. First they kept us waiting. Not good when Mom is at home be herself. She had taken herself back to bed when we got home. Second they hadn't sorted out the power of attorney approval. Third they offered us a new account but wouldn't be responsible for the transferring of any incoming payments. They didn't think it was unreasonable that they would do that for someone coming from a different bank. I hope they are not surprised when we move banks. The girl dealing with us kept forgetting that it was Dad not me asking for the changes and she had no concept at at all of how to talk to someone who is very hard of hearing... We will be taking Dad's business elsewhere as soon as possible!
