Great British Bake Off - 2032

Miles, aged 3, is here today and inspired by the Great British Bake Off (and the fact that the weather is the pits) I thought it might be an idea to show him what baking with his grandmother is all about. Those that know me are aware the best thing I do in the kitchen is clean it and arrange flowers, anything to do with heat, weighing or mixing is a no, no.
Inspired by the Grand Final of GBBO I have attempted, with a little help from Miles, some cheese biscuits. Paul Hollywood would be impressed - a good bake, nice colour and no soggy bottom. As the master would say - I've nailed it!
Flushed with success I am now going to attempt a carrot cake, things can only go down hill, I suppose!
