...John Mahoney, the brilliant actor of the US sitcom Frasier, passed away on Sunday but it was only announced this morning in the UK. 

He was a great actor and I have always enjoyed his role in Frasier. Frasier is shown on week-day mornings in the UK on Channel 4.
