Indian Plate

A lazy day today - well sort of - odds and ends done.
My blip today is of an Indian Plate KG brought back from India many years ago.  It is alabaster with semi precious stones inlaid.  He was on his last day and down to his last few rupees.  He saw this plate and really liked it.  He bartered with the seller who was having none of it.  KG just sat there and the seller said you can go and get some more money from the hole in the wall.  KG declined and eventually as the stall holder was packing up he relented and let KG have it for his last few rupees.  It is a pretty plate and very tactile

Another half and half sort of day today some sun some cloud. but dry and we saw about 6 flakes of snow
