King of the pond.

He looks much grander large. Down at the duck pond with the kids today.
One of the ducks were injured so we rang the "bird people" to come and help. Not to disrespect the Norwegians in any way but there aren´t as well equipped for wild animal/bird rescue as they are in the UK.
It turned out that she was a one woman operation that thought i should catch the duck myself and take it to the vets, which I would most likely have done had i not had four 1 year olds with me, no net to catch a bird with and no container to put said bird in!!!
She came, saw that the duck had gone back into the water and she left. So much for giving a shit about birds!!!!
Girls night out tonight....woo hoo! Dinner and drinks at Delicatessen. Great food and good wine and not your standard over-inflated Norwegian prices. It´s going to be fun catching up with friends I haven´t seen in far too long.
