Muckle Skerry Lighthouse

Muckle Skerry Lighthouse sits at the east end of the Petland Firth.
The Lighthouse was built in 1794, It was the 1st Lighthouse that Thomas Stevenson built.
Just after this was taken, going with the ebb tide flow, our speed going through the Petland Firth was 18.4 Knots. we normally only average 11 knots!
We are sailing round from Peterhead to Morecambe Bay, looking forward to the Sail through the Hebrides tomorrow.
