Touchdown in Perth WA

Well we made it!
An early start, of 4 a.m, got us to the airport at 6 and on the flight by 8. Arrived at 4.30 having had a half hour tour of the Tarmac.
Collected champagne on way through to customs and passport control- another hour gone.
A very excited Jill and Julie collected us from the airport and we drove to north Fremantle to the rented unit Jill had organised for us to stay in until Monday.
Lovely to be in Australia finally!
Lewis (nephew) and Chloe his girlfriend came round for dinner which was lovely.
Lots of champagne and excitement.

We're finally here- yay !!!
