Inverness, the mouth of the River Ness, and the Beauly Firth, on a calm and cold morning. An Otter popped up close by, in the centre of the view... as I was putting the camera away. Always a pleasure to see.
Not the coldest, at about minus five degrees C, but the most lethal cycle ever for me. Had to walk/shuffle over numerous areas of sheet ice on the back road. Then one of the clipless pedals froze up.
Manic day at work, as Monday's look like being until Easter. Too weary for a swim tonight. Wee shop and cycle home.
