Coprinus Comatus...!!

I know this species sounds as though it will put you to sleep quicker than you could pop it into a soup......BUT....the Shaggy Ink Cap (it's more common name!) is totally edible...!
However my guide does also say:- Do not identify any of these species from these photographs alone.
Not mushroom for error then ...!!
