Shedding a little light
Had my first 121 tuition today and yes, my notebook was at the ready. This is a snap of my laptop featuring an image after it was developed.
Hub and I slept right through last night, and in the same room. Hopefully this signals the end of this horrible virus!
After breakfast we took a quick trip to Lidl.
Once the groceries were put away we just had enough time for a quick coffee before my tutor arrived.
The hours flew by! I am happy with my choice. P is certainly knowledgable and has an easy manner in terms of learning. I was chucking in questions left right and centre not only about Lightroom, but photography in general as well.
We covered file structures, sorted out the mess I had made moving things, which was easy, we created presets, collections, used keywords and did some developing. as you can see here. This image of The Tower and Poppies looked really good post edit, without changing it drastically; which I prefer, as a rule.
He wasnt looking to dash off at the end of the session either, which is nice. I am already looking forward to next weeks session :-)
I made a quick chicken and chorizo tagliatelle for dinner this evening, which was really tasty.
After I have finished here, I am going to review my notes, to make sure I can understand and remember for future reference ;-)
Hope the weather is fine tomorrow as I have some homework to complete before class tomorrow evening !! Its all go :-D
