Love is all you need

I had a wobble late last night, no sign of it coming, one minute I was watching TV and then swamped by an overwhelming sadness.  I find it best to shut down and retreat into myself when that happens, and went to sleep.

I’ve felt better today but I’m still not firing on all cylinders.


I’ve had great support from friends though.  Cariad is a Welsh word and means “love.”
