Chocolate orange meringue roulade.

We are eating well...A made another trial dish for this week's practical assessment. He made a French meringue, a whipped chocolate orange ganache and decorated with chocolate orange drizzle and a few raspberries.

Mr CFJ and I went to the Corn Exchange in Newbury to watch The Post at the cinema. It was really excellent and I'm sure will be a worthy Oscar winner.
