On Reflection ...

... I've had a very good twenty four hours.  Last night's social was lovely, lots of new faces as well as old friends, great supper, and an eclectic range of music and song.

This morning we had a walk in the Botanic Gardens, sparkling in sunshine after the overnight rain. Plenty of puddles as well as snowdrops.

We called in at Lothian Cat Rescue on our way home, and there we found just the cats we've been looking for - five year old brothers, left behind when their owners moved home. How can people do that??

There will be more about them in the days to come, I'm sure. Meanwhile we have to re-name them, they are currently Pete and Preston, and those won't do at all!
