Early start to get to Vogrie for a run with the Cani sport group. Long time since we made it. Kilda had fun while we had someone to chase and I managed to not walk up any of the 4 hills for the first time. Came back and while J went to the gym and swimming pool I made the Arbroath Smoky soufflés. Took Kilda for a run on the beach to wear her out before going to FM and RD for Burns night supper. Great evening with the address to the haggis performed by me, a reading about the differences between England and Scotland from Susan Ferrier’s book and then a sketch between FM and RD playing . Kilda was always at hand to help out in the kitchen.
