Cutty Sark

Today I took my son Jamie on a tour of some of London's sites. After breakfast at the hotel we took the Thames Clipper to the O2 where we got on the Emirates Airline - a gondola cable car rising to 295 ft above the Thames. Later we took the DLR to Island Gardens station and walked under the Thames through the Victorian foot tunnel. We emerged at the newly refurbished Cutty Sark and spent a couple of hours exploring. Following a huge fire a few years ago, a massive restoration project was undertaken and the result is magnificent.
