Some hae meat...

We had a Burns Night and ceilidh tonight as a church social thing. What a giggle.

The Haggis was given the traditional Address by a proper Scotsman in full regalia, then it was all eyes down for The Selkirk Grace before we all tucked into haggis (veggie or non-veggie), neeps and tatties (there were also sausages for the cowards - veggie or meat).

Then the floor was cleared for Scottish dancing and there were enthusiastic versions of The Dashing White Sargeant, Strip the Willow, The St Bernard's Waltz and the Bridge of Athlone amongst others
