Last Day

So our winter break winds down in sunny California . This is from an exhibit at the museum in old Palm Springs. I thought if I hid they would leave me here.
The flight home went through Minneapolis. Why, we asked. "It's on the way, isn't it?" Noooo....It's 1300 miles away. Minneapolis is hosting the Super Bowl tomorrow (Sunday). The airport was bedlam. The weather is so cold, they had to de-ice the plane which added another hour. So, 4.5 hours TO Palm Springs directly from Missoula and 10+ hours BACK through Minnesota. Love flying.
