Quite possibly one of the most beautiful pies.....
Middle daughter is in town for a visit this weekend, so went to dinner tonight at Euphemia Haye, an old restaurant on Longboat Key, and besides a wonderful meal, they have spectacular desserts.  I had the apple walnut crumble pie (with ice cream) but this lemon meringue pie was the prettiest.  All the desserts are made in house and so far, they're ALL GOOD!!!!  :)
