Suprise birthday bash

It was chucking it down today which meant 1) loads of kids didn't go to school & 2) I was the only one to show up for the fitness class - not even the instructor came!


After school we all went to Claire's for a quiet lunch, where the Caña Club guys (minus Rich who is unwell) were waiting to suprise Danny with champagne and a delicious lunch on the (stormy) beach front. Danny had no clue and was suitably touched/delighted. The waiter took this pic of us. 
It was sooooo cold though! I was freezing & feeling pretty yuk by the end of the afternoon. Got home and watched Herbie 2 in bed with the guys & I went to bed with Nate. 

Drama of the day;
Feeling so rough! Breastfeeding related!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A good doctors appointment for Nate.
2) The Caña Club arranging this for Danny.
3) The caretaker at school inviting us to his grandsons first birthday party tomorrow - how kind is that?!
