Treacle

Wet, dismal and grey here this morning so a spot of cooking was in order.  I used a friend's recipe for 'Sumptuous Beef and Black Treacle casserole' which is delicious.  I also made a big pot of Ragu sauce for pasta.  All soon to be in the freezer for future consumption.

Today would have been my Mum's 83rd birthday.  Sadly she passed away nearly 10 years ago.  Still miss her.
