Borgo

We slept late which was very nice, after the wander up the hill a very steep hill.

We first went to the church in Finale Ligure, a church which I can say without any doubt is probably the most stunning for such a small town.

Today we wandered up to Final Borgo a beautiful part of the town.

And my main conclusion today, was that were I to retire to any country based solely on what I would eat, there is no doubt I would be retiring to Italy. Today's delights were Farinata, foccacia with cheese, pizza, a variety of cheeses and of course the stunning coffee. I really hate to say it, but I have never eaten food like it anywhere else.
