Meridian butcher

Louth boasts half a dozen excellent butchers; far more than one would expect for a market town of, perhaps, 20,000 people. Apparently, some customers drive scores of miles for their monthly purchases. This young man, from a livestock farming family south of the town, has won numerous awards. All richly deserved in our opinion.
