Rippling sands

A walk down to the beach this afternoon, I was going to get some free range eggs from the basket by the small holding but the basket was empty, either a big rush on eggs or the hens weren't laying today.

It's been very high tides this week and the usually smooth sand had been swirled around by the waves leaving quite a nice effect.
