Sudbury scarf

Yorkshire folk have a reputation for being tight with their dosh, but that hasn’t been my recent experience. A motoring writer colleague from Skipton, whom I have known for many years, appeared at a car launch a while back wearing a very interesting design of scarf. I enquired where it came from, as I fancied one similar. He kindly sourced a different but equally unusual design and gave it to me at another work event this week, and declined my attempt at payment, saying it had been in the sale. Thanks Fred!
