Titanic Hotel

I visited Titanic, Belfast for lunch today. The hotel is in the old drawing offices of Harland and Wolfe shipbuilders, where the designs for the doomed ship were drawn up.

I travelled up by train with two chums and we were doubled up with laughter before we were out of the station!

The hotel seems very nice, but we didn't have time to ask about being shown around; next time, hopefully. This was a great place to break my month-long (January!) alcohol fast, having quaffed a couple of glasses of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with lunch. :)

An excellent start to the weekend!
