Important life questions

Not sure what my answer would be to this ? I love Tunnocks tea cakes but are they a biscuit? Sweet on the outside soft on the inside but with a solid grounding ? Who knows ? In February 2009 Marks and Spencer won a 13 year battle with the taxman over the seemingly innocuous tea cake . Cost 2 million in legal fees and 3.5 million in damages to prove that the tea cake is in fact a cake and not a biscuit!!! I better think again .
