Tulips and an interloper!

The tulips were looking lovely in the sunshine and perfect for flower Friday, Kindly hosted by Anni/BikerBear.  Maybe not enough negative space, but I do like the pink colours.

Also a female black cap who popped in for a quick bath.  Not the best picture as I was about 5m away in the kitchen and the patio doors are triple glazed and a bit mucky!  A rare (maybe first time) visitor to the garden.

I managed a bit of kicking and sculling in the pool yesterday and I wasn't sure how I would feel being in the slow lane instead of the fast lane.  I did miss swimming but I was just grateful for what I had which was more than the day before!  And thankfully no additional pain.
