Fighting Fit

Had a PT this morning and boxing this evening. I must admit I’m really enjoying the boxing. It was meant to be for 6 weeks but I’m sure I’ll carry on.
Louise is out of hospital. Poor thing. Her appendix had ruptured. She must have been in such pain. On the recovery road now so hope she heals quickly. Alex is going off to Italy with a friend. Hope he gets the wedding plans sorted.
Other than that it’s been damn cold today.
