The Yoga Tree, Norwich
Our walk at lunchtime today took us to the bus station. The park and ride company were having a kind of drop in session 10 til 2. Carol had things she wanted to talk to them about. Her route has been quite unreliable. They weren't very organised, but they found a table in their busy waiting area, and we sat and had a chat. They have a difficult job but they took on board some of our comments, and have a meeting with the council tomorrow. Hopefully we helped them to understand our issues.
On the way back to the office, we crossed over and cut through by the YMCA on the search for The Yoga Tree. And here it is! We only found out is existed yesterday when Matthew went to check it out, and announced he was going to go to their lunchtime drop in session. It is located in this lovely old building, like so many in Norwich, although surrounded by big less attractive buildings.
We walked back to the office where lots of work has been building up this week. Trying my best to keep on top of it as I have the week after next off. I worked until 5 then ran for the 5.04 bus. It came at 5.07. Not late enough to complain!!
Home at 6 and I made a small lasagne for dinner for Jon and I. I thought it was small until I dished up. Then I realised it could have fed 3, but Henry won't eat mixed up meals (chilli, lasagne, bolognaise). We managed to eat it between the two of us anyway! It was really tasty.
Not much evening left to do anything, so just tv (Death in Paradise) then bed.
