Impromptu is Best......

So, today I had a very impromptu meeting with the wonderful Mr Forbes....id like to tell you that I appeared at his car window and scared him half to death.....but I'm too nice for that....lol
We met in avenida de las cumbres, and went to my daily haunt...pepes, for a few sangrias.... a coffee...yeah right...lol

We had a wonderful chat, and just when our drinks and aceitunas arrived, he commented on it being a great blip moment.....he was right!!!!

Anyway, after a hilarious catch up....and the belief that I have Definately found a great friend... Andrew went off to do some work, and I for the last time became a beach bum!!!! bliss...and as I say...it'd be rude not to....hehehhe

So, I'm at the airport now, awaiting my flight....cue the grown up tantrum... and although I'm devastated at having to go back home....as lovely Andrew pointed out.....at least "I" is going to be at the airport to meet me.....cue smiley face!!!

I've had the best holiday, drank too much Rioja, ate too many aceitunas, spent many many hours....although never enough with my wonderful father.....but I also have very much carved a very strong friendship with someone I can be relaxed, and myself with.....
