Cottasgarth

Vounteering with the RSPB today. I haven't helped for a while due to work. We were scheduled to go to the island of Egilsay but weather conditions made that a risky venture- we might have been stranded, so we headed up to the hide in Cottasgarth and did a bit of retouching the paintwork. This is a good spot for cuckoos and I just read that radio-tagged cuckoos in Africa have already started their journey back to the UK
