Traumatic 24hrs

Had a bit of a health scare yesterday resulting in a 4 and half hour visit to the local hospital, thanks to the excellent care and patience ( not very good at parting with ones blood) of an over worked and underfunded NHS staff, i live to fight another day :). ok so little over dramatic either way am happy still to be on the planet PS sorry sis for scaring the S***t out of us both :)
