That someone was me. I wasn’t outside as it was indeed a wild Wednesday - we had thunder then hail, then thunder and snow both at the same time!
Last weekend was the Big Garden Birdwatch. We take part every year. Today would have been a great day for it, as during the gaps in the snow/hail, they arrived in droves. We counted 25 siskins at the one time! Mr Blackbird here is one of three pairs we have.
