Waving golden horns

We're in Copenhagen Cathedral (Trinitatis Kirke). This is the chamber organ near the altar, which has these strange horns sticking out. They're not functioning pipes - they're attached to the swell box louvres, so they will wave around if the organist uses the swell pedal - rather off-putting for the congregation, I would have thought. But it's a lovely little 9-stop organ, built in 1987 by Poul-Gerhard Andersen. I wanted to take it home with me, but I don't suppose Easyjet would have allowed it in the overhead locker.
