LOOKS OKAY.....

..... BUT, a BIG non event!

Well, it has happened again! 
Tonights "trifecta" for the BIG Blue, Lunar Eclipse Moon has again become a non event due heavy cloud cover. Damn!

We went up to the Hawkesbury Lookout today just to make sure with my phone app the direction (should it happen) be okay for a shot of the rising moon. Yep, looked good.

But as you can see already the sky was filling with cloud and it has just not cleared.

The pano taken whilst we were there on the bat phone, it shows the mighty Nepean River there bottom right, and above that showing the quite extensive Penrith Lakes Scheme which when completely finished will be quite some development. Part of the early Stages finished for the Sydney Olympics in 2000 with the Rowing complex and the White Water rafting complex. I Showed our local World Champ Jessica Fox in action.

Well, I suppose life goes on and the sun will rise in the morning! 

But, really dissapointed we will miss the action tonight.
