A Mystery

I hadn't been to the estuary for a week and was surprised to see that an old lupin tree beside the track has been decorated with a few sparkly Christmas decorations.  Under the tree was what looked rather like an imitation of a little shrine - see the extra.

I dont know how long it has been there or why but the bits and pieces looked like they had been arranged with great care.
