Recuperating

Basil went to the veterinary hospital today for a 'dental'. I'd been putting it off but it had to be done sooner or later because dental problems can cause more serious health issues if left untreated. Anyway, his teeth have been given a good clean, the tartar has been removed and he had two little ones extracted. Funnily enough, this is the second time he's woken up after an anaesthetic to find a couple of things missing...today was a lot less traumatic than the last time though ;)

He's currently on his favourite stair sleeping off the anaesthetic and, when he perks up later, he'll be having chicken and rice for dinner and lots of cuddles.
